Head is less muzzy and mouth is tasting metallic
That's good! Ketosis kicking in a body is starting to burn the fat reserves!
2 good solid workouts today on the elliptical
Intermittent fasting restarted...nothing but water for 19hrs.
Probably take a couple of days for the benefit to filter through to the scales!
Back on it again tomorrow.. a week off the weight management regime has done me no good!

104kg by 12th June - my 2nd vaccination jab
Currently 111kg... going to work hard to look better for if/when Kaz B grants me an audience with her!
